Service Policy
Most insurance companies cover treatment costs. To be sure, however, one must check their policy before beginning treatment.

Treatment costs vary depending on treatment duration and individual needs. Often, for maximum benefit, a series of treatments is indicated. It is not unusual to have as many as ten treatments in a series depending on the severity of the problem.

Payment or insurance copayment is required in full at the time professional services are rendered. Any other arrangements must be discussed prior to treatment. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards.

Confidentiality Policy
Patient information is kept private and confidential. When information is requested for the purposes of patient insurance or medical treatment, it may be released with explicit written permission by the patient.
